In the form of remote learning, the Work Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) are made available by Birla Institute of Technology and Science. In accordance with this strategy, BITS Pilani provides working professionals with a variety of educational opportunities, including MTech, Btech, MBA, and MSc programs, as well as certificate programs. Distance learning is the style of instruction for the WILP courses that are provided by BITS Pilani, and they have been approved by the UGC. 

The grades that students received on their most recent qualifying examination are taken into consideration when awarding admission to these classes. Not to be outdone, BITS has a solid foundation consisting of more than 1,09,000 Working Professionals who have graduated, more than 36,500 Working Professionals who are currently enrolled, and more than 1100 Faculty Members who are able to instruct students.
