This has been made possible with the establishment of the university in 2022 through a State Legislation Act, which brings about an excellence-related beacon in the state, addressing the various developmental challenges and finding creative solution options. Our mission is to expand knowledge through world-class scholarship and impactful research preparing students with abundant wisdom (jñāna), indomitable will (ichhā), and meaningful action (kriyā) that honor both Indian traditions and universal values.

And then the Chanakya University will perform this great agenda in alphabetical order with vision as enshrined in the National Education Policy 2020. It would encompass an integrated multidisciplinary drawing in perspectives from around the world along with rich Indian knowledge systems. Such commitment to global change is not limited to the borders of the nation; it extends into global frontiers cutting across national calculations by offering stellar teaching, research, and societal service. It has over 1000 students from 25 states in India, encompasses six schools, three centers of excellence, and two chairs of research, which itself show the unique mix of global excellence in education with rootedness in civilizational wisdom.
