Marwadi University Rajkot (MU) was inaugurated in the year of 2016 as a Major organ of Marwadi Education Foundation that started in 2008. MU is promoted by Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (CIBPL), a leading firm dealing in technical and arbitrage trading in Indian Stock Markets & Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited (MSFL) a major stock broking company in India.
Marwadi group has generated 10,000 jobs opportunities till now. MU has International students from 13 countries. Marwadi University has signed various MoUs which helps the student to develop their skills. The main mission of the university is to provide world-class, cross-disciplinary education in strategic sectors of the economy. Marwadi University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs in Engineering, Management, Science and Computer Applications.

Leadership Training Programmes
Learning intervention is provided in a structured process with the Faculty going through the Personal Effectiveness programme, the Johari window and the Time Management followed by a Personality Analysis programme. A hands-on Leadership module will then follow.
Objectives of this programme
- The programme is designed to enhance the teaching and supplementary skills of the faculty and to make them aware of ever-evolving teaching tools and methodologies.
- FDP provides an opportunity to acquire knowledge about current technological developments in relevant fields.
- This programme promotes the professional practices relevant to technical education and motivates the faculty to achieve a competitive teaching and learning environment, thus channelizing development in the professional as well as the personal field.
