PES University Bangalore (PESU) was established in 1972 and is situated in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. PES University was formerly known as PES Institute of Technology, it was renamed in 2013 where it attained University status by the Government of Karnataka.
PES University, located in Bangalore, India is one of the country’s leading teaching and research universities. The University is committed to providing “education for the real world” that inspires students to realize their potential. Over the years, the college has accomplished this with the participative efforts of the management, staff, students and parents. Their students graduate with the ability to adapt to an intellectually and technologically changing environment.
The college has a 3 state of art campuses in Bangalore. All of their campuses incorporate infrastructure that matches the best in the country – ensuring that students have everything they need for a rich, stimulating campus life. Infrastructure at PES is carefully developed in response to student and faculty needs and ensures that there are no boundaries between the discovery, transfer and application of knowledge.
The current Chancellor of the college is M R Doreswamy who also happens to be the institute's founder. People's Education Society is divided into three campuses in the city of Bangalore, namely the Ring Road Campus, Electronic City Campus, and the Hanumanth Nagar campus. Its main aim is to create a better class of students.
The institute follows a carefully curated curriculum and ensures that students get various opportunities after completing their degrees. Students at the PES Bangalore also get all the facilities that are required for their growth in academics as well as in the workforce as well.
